Ziggy
Ziggy was so Zen, his breathing was slower than most bunnies. We thought he had a heart or lung issue, but no sir. Ziggy was just Zen hanging out, performing back pedal binkies, and falling in love with Tokki <smiling>. We realized Ziggy was eating slower one night and it seemed he lost weight overnight. We took Ziggy to see the vet the next day and we found out he had teeth problems. The operation went well; however, Ziggy’s little body kept on losing weight regardless what we did. Ziggy fought for three days and he was just too tired to fight any longer. As Mom held him, Ziggy tooth purred one last time and with a tear in his eye, Ziggy went home into the arms of Jesus.
For a little guy, he stole a big piece of our hearts. Nevertheless, all the time we had with Ziggy (three months) was a joyful time. Please remember to be kind to all creatures; you never know how much love you can receive until you give it out first.
